Emily and Ryan have known of each other their entire lives. Their parents went to college together and have remained friends over the years. Although they didn’t see much of each other growing up, their parents kept in touch. After college, Ryan and Emily both moved to Columbus, Ohio and soon found out that they lived in the same neighborhood – only about a mile away from each other. With a little help from their moms, the couple started their official relationship.
Emily later went to grad school at SCAD, where Ryan visited several times and their relationship blossomed further. They both fell in love with Savannah and each other over the long distance relationship.
This past Saturday, the couple returned to Savannah for the perfect wedding, surrounded by beauty and art. The ceremony was held in Telfair Square followed by a reception inside the Jepson Center. Emily helped create a few unique touches such as the homemade pom-pom balls that the guests threw as the couple walked up the aisle following the ceremony.
It was a beautiful spring day in Savannah, and Emily and Ryan had the perfect setting for their I do’s!
Congratulations Emily and Ryan! Thank you for inviting us to share in your special day.
